Encouraging rejection

I received a form letter rejection today - which normally would be unremarkable - but it was from a very large magazine, and at the bottom of the form letter, was handwritten:

"It was a pleasure reading your work. Please continue to submit fiction."

Which I consider pretty encouraging.
